We collect only the information required to provide authentication, generate QR codes, and host user-submitted media:

• Authentication Information: When signing in with Google, we collect your verified email address, full name, and Google profile identification to establish your user account and maintain your dashboard history.
• User Content and Destinations: Text entries, destination URLs, labels, and color choices submitted during the generation of QR codes.
• Media Files: Audio files (such as MP3) and image files that you choose to upload for distribution through QR codes.
• System Audit Logs: Account registration timestamps, login records, and creation events recorded for security and auditing purposes.

3. Storage and Data Retention

Uploaded media assets are stored securely on private cloud object storage (Backblaze B2) and streamed through authenticated server endpoints. All QR code generation history and uploaded files are retained securely on our infrastructure for ongoing service delivery, safety, and anti-abuse verification.

4. Zero Third-Party Advertising Policy

ZeBar does not display third-party advertisements. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or distribute your email address, QR destinations, or uploaded files to marketing networks, brokers, or external advertising platforms.

5. Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and restricted server-side credential management for cloud storage access.
